- Gaming history: Retained for 3 years from the date of the activity, or longer if relevant to a dispute or regulatory investigation.
- Support communications: Retained for 2 years from the date of the last interaction, unless the subject matter requires longer retention.
- Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of the consent, plus 1 year after withdrawal, as evidence of compliance.
When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be linked to you as an individual.

Request a structured, machine-readable copy of your personal data for transfer to another service provider, where technically feasible and legally permitted.
Right to Complain
Lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph) if you believe your data rights have been violated. We encourage you to contact us first — most issues can be resolved directly.

Children's Privacy
Earn PHP does not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals under the age of 18. Our platform is strictly for adults, and we verify age during registration using government-issued Philippine ID.
If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 18 — whether through a misrepresentation of age or any other means — the account will be closed immediately, all balances will be forfeited or returned to the payment source, and all personal data associated with that account will be deleted within 30 days, subject to any applicable legal obligations.

Changes to This Privacy Policy
