Earn PHP Terms and Conditions —
Your Rights and Responsibilities

Welcome to Earn PHP. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and Earn PHP ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the earnphp.asia website, its mobile-optimised interface, and all associated gaming services.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on Earn PHP, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

Earn PHP is operated under a valid gaming licence and serves players located in the Philippines. All transactions on the platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱). These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference.

To open and maintain an account on Earn PHP, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of use, or be a Filipino national accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawfully permitted.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either imposed by yourself through our responsible gaming tools or by a regulatory authority.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or agent of Earn PHP, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid Philippine ID. Earn PHP reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or source-of-funds documentation.

Providing false or misleading information during registration is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. Earn PHP is required by applicable regulations to verify player identity, and we take this obligation seriously.

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on Earn PHP. Opening multiple accounts — regardless of whether different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods are used — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are identified, all accounts will be suspended, all balances across those accounts will be frozen pending investigation, and bonus winnings will be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. This includes:

• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing it with any third party.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notifying Earn PHP immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Not allowing any other person to place bets or operate your account on your behalf.

Earn PHP accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain account security. All bets placed via a valid login session are deemed to have been placed by the registered account holder.

Accounts that have been inactive — no login, deposit, or bet — for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Earn PHP reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ₱200 to dormant accounts after providing prior notice to the registered email or mobile number. Players may reactivate dormant accounts by logging in and contacting support.

All transactions on Earn PHP are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• GCash
• Maya (formerly PayMaya)
• GrabPay
• Coins.ph
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank internet banking
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

Deposits must be made from accounts or cards registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — payments originating from accounts belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will trigger an account review. Any funds deposited from an unverified or third-party source may be held pending investigation and returned to the source account.

Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method. Earn PHP does not charge deposit processing fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Earn PHP reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks on deposit activity. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposit patterns. This is a regulatory requirement and is not a reflection of any wrongdoing on your part.

Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions outlined in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible, or to a verified payment method registered in the player's own name.

Before any withdrawal is processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your account must be fully verified with a valid Philippine ID and any additional documentation requested.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your current balance must be fully met.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold applicable to your chosen payment method.
• Your account must be in good standing with no active suspension, investigation, or fraud flag.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya, GrabPay) within the same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time; bank transfers within 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. VIP Gold tier members and above receive priority processing.

Earn PHP reserves the right to request additional identity verification before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large amounts, or withdrawals to a payment method not previously used for deposit. This is a standard security and regulatory measure.

Earn PHP offers various promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page in addition to these general Terms.

Key principles that apply to all promotions on Earn PHP:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly on the promotion page.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and table games may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonuses and any associated winnings that have not been claimed or wagered by the expiry date will be forfeited without notice.
• One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus can be held in your account at any given time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Maximum bet during bonus play: While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per spin or round is ₱500 unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.

All games available on Earn PHP use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game reflect the theoretical long-run payout and are available in each game's information screen.

By placing a bet on Earn PHP, you acknowledge and accept that:

• The outcome of any game or bet is determined solely by the certified RNG or, in the case of live casino, by the physical result of the game as managed by the live dealer.
• All bet results are final once the game round has concluded. Earn PHP does not reverse correctly settled bets.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round that prevents a result from being determined, the affected bet will be voided and the stake returned to your balance.
• If a game is displayed with an incorrect RTP or payout table due to a software error, Earn PHP reserves the right to void affected bets and restore affected balances after investigation.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. Bets placed outside these limits will be automatically adjusted to the applicable limit or rejected by the system.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Earn PHP and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account in your own name or using another person's identity to register.
• Using bots, automated software, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic bonus abuse across multiple accounts or in coordination with other players.
• Using the platform for any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to access or tamper with the platform's underlying code, security systems, or data.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with platform staff.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location to gain access to the platform.

Earn PHP employs automated and manual systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where a violation is identified, the affected account will be reviewed and action taken proportionate to the severity of the violation. Players have the right to appeal account closures by contacting support@earnphp.asia within 30 days.

All content on the Earn PHP platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, branding, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and data — is the exclusive property of Earn PHP or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written authorisation from Earn PHP. The Earn PHP name and logo are registered trademarks and may not be used in connection with any other product, service, or entity without written permission.

Earn PHP collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at earnphp.asia/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information as described in that policy.

We use your data to operate your account, process transactions, comply with regulatory requirements, personalise your platform experience, and — with your consent — communicate promotional offers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies as required by law.

Earn PHP is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for some players, gambling can become harmful, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all players free of charge:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Reality checks: Regular prompts displaying your session duration and net win/loss.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform for a minimum period of 6 months.
• Account cooling-off: Take a short break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without committing to full exclusion.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Earn PHP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption.

Earn PHP provides the platform on an "as is" basis and does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve outages and technical issues promptly but cannot guarantee continuous availability.

In any event, our total aggregate liability to you for claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If you have a complaint about the platform, a game result, or a transaction, please contact our support team in the first instance at support@earnphp.asia. All complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant event. Complaints submitted outside this window may not be investigated.

Upon receiving your complaint, Earn PHP will:

1. Acknowledge receipt within 24 hours.
2. Provide an initial assessment within 3 business days.
3. Aim to resolve the complaint within 14 business days. Complex cases may take longer; you will be kept informed of progress.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaints process, you have the right to escalate to the relevant gaming regulatory authority under whose licence Earn PHP operates. Details of the applicable regulator are available upon request from our support team.

Earn PHP reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least 7 days before taking effect. Non-material changes (such as formatting corrections or clarifications that do not alter your rights) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. The courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Earn PHP platform.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
